My yorkie boy is nearly 5 months old and still tiny (just hitting the 3 lb mark). We still have a hard time getting his harness and leash on. I have always given him treats while we do this to make it pleasant but he still fights me and bites.

Also grooming is a nightmare. He hates baths, tolerates a just bit of brushing. Professional groomers have not had anymore luck. The first one came to my house.. it was a nightmare for all of us. The next time I took him into different groomer. She said he was terrible. He bites and fights every bit of it.

I am considering taking him to the vet's groomer next so that if she needs to sedate him. Not sure if this is possible or not. I want to to stay healthy and beautiful but is this just part of being a puppy?

Advice please...
