You must be worried sick.
How old is Lilly? Our Jewel started having seizure in May 05'. From what you described it does sound like she is having seizures. There can be various reasons for the seizure.
1. Liver Shunt
2. Thyroid
3. Neurological
4. You may never find out.
Definitely get her to a vet soon.
Here is a website with a lot of information to help you.

Here are some things you can do to help her:
1. Put a bell on her to alert you
2. Keep a ice pack or a zip lock bag of ice. Put it on her lower back during and after her episode.
3. Stay calm (you).
4. Move her to a safe place
5. Keep a log of her episodes. Time, duration, what she was doing before and how she acts after.
6. Video tape it if possible (I've never been able to because we are always more concerned with her).
You may also consider not letting her sleep on the bed. She may fall during an attack and hurt herself.
Supposededly, they don't feel any pain even if she is yelping. I'm not sure of this. Jewel has done it a few times.
Take her to a vet ASAP if her seizure lasts more than a minute or if she has more then 3 seizures in a 24 hour period.
I don't mean to scare you but better to be prepared.
Please let us know how she does and what your doctor tells you. I hope it's not serious.
