I'm mystified that you keep trying to justify this person's treatment of this poor dog. If you justify the mistreatment of a dog, what does that say/mean about you...? I wish you'd think about that.

I'm sorry for being so frank about all of this, but it seems to me that you just aren't seeing this clearly AT ALL - mostly bc you're more concerned w/ justifying the human's behavior rather than standing up for this HELPLESS creature. And that, to me, is incredibly sad and tragic all around .

Why not turn this situation around - learn something from it, and then DO something about it...??!!
