My oldest baby, Zeus, is 18 months old and is having sensitive stomach issues. He had basically quit eating and was throwing up the yellow/orange foamy stomach bile. He was treated for ulcers and has acid reflux. He is currently on Pepcid (which I had to order from Petmeds to get a low enough milligram for dosing). We also had to change his food to Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach for Small Breed kibble. Thankfully, he likes it better than the other food he ate. He will not eat canned/wet food -- he's very snotty about food. He can't stand the smell of it. After a couple of weeks on the meds and new food, I am happy to report that he is much, much better. Definitely wants to eat and has no reflux issues. Good luck with your baby! |
