I'm definately not disagreeing that sometimes it's within the person to feel a bit jealous, but sometimes the insecurities are increased if the other person is doing something. Not always the case though. Some people are just naturally jealous. I think the way you could help yourself is to distract yourself when he's out, so you are not getting these thoughts in your head. |
