Welcome to YT Rachel and Jimmy Coconut, cute name. I have to agree with all above TLC and patience, he has to gain trust in the ppl in his new home, who knows what this little boys life has been. He is still a baby at 11 months old, he needs to gain confidence with his new and family and in himself. He is young but it still may take time, take baby steps with him, and praise like crazy when he does something you want of him, reward with treats also.
