please call your local humane society about this. This doesn't sound right at all. If there are indeed many many dogs, it sounds like an unethical backyard breeder. At 11 months, Jimmy Coconuts shouldn't have been in such conditions if he was born into a loving and caring home. It makes me worried about the other dogs you heard in the background that may be neglected.
