Yes, that's right. If your vet says it is okay, you might want to start the medication on the first of next month to make it easier to remember. Either that, or mark your calendar. After you apply it, it takes five or ten minutes to dry, and your dog will feel itchy as it dries. (We hold and pet Bella as it is drying.) You should wait at least 48 hours after application before you bathe your dog, just to be sure that the medication is absorbed into the skin. Other than being itchy for a few minutes after application, Bella didn't have any side effects.
