Hi I have the dimensions from the last time I flew on USA3000. These dimensions also worked on Continental.
Maximum dimensions are: 10.5 inches highx18 inches long x 11 inches wide
I have a Sherpa bag that falls slightly under these dimensions and it is the perfect size for Vivi..she is 4 and a half lbs.Hope this helps
