Bag balm works very well.
It's in a green tin and you can get it almost anywhere.
It was originally (and still) used to moisturize dry and cracked cows udders.
This stuff is amazing. Great for everything! I put a dab on my heels then put on socks, go to bed, when I get up... Baby soft feet!
Just use a tiny amount, but it will help to not dry out his feet
