Default I have a few concerns?

1) I'm feeding him every 3 hours and I feed him puppy mousse and formula milk. I also give him Karo syrup 2 times a day. When he drinks the milk his stomach makes weird noises afterwards. I didn't think any thing of it until today. When he was trying to poop and was struggling and weeping a bit. Normally it didn't take long for him to poop at all. Today I noticed that it took him longer and looked like it hurt him. His poop was almost liquids. And he slid his butt over the ground. I picked it up and as I looked at him he looked guilty. I was then with him and he still had poop on his butt because He got it on his blanket. He even got some on my shirt. I tried to wipe the poop off from him but he quickly turned but then let me. We then heard my brothers footsteps and he got scared and was squirming around and had a tight grip on my shirt. Why is this happening? He normally gets happy when he hears footsteps because he lives to play. Should I be concerned??? Is it because of his formula milk??
2) how can I get his nails cut when he isn't fully vaccinated yet but his nails hurt me so bad. He's a playful pup and I love playing with him but there's a point where I stop playing with him for awhile as his nails dig up in my skin resulting in me bleeding. Is not his fault I mean I'm his owner and I should get them cut but I can't bring him in a public place where dogs are presented when he's not fully vaccinated. Should I wait until his vaccines are all done to get them trimmed and just suck it up?
3) his back teeth are kinda growing in and he's teething right now. I was informed that Yorkie pups teeth are already supposed to be in at this age. He's almost going to be 2 months and he doesn't have his teeth yet. Should I be worried? Or is this normal? Im not feeding him solid food as his teeth haven't grown in for him to eat solid food. I want to start training him and give him rewards but the treats are solid and I'm scared that he'll choke on it since he can't chew it. Are there any treats for puppies with no teeth?
4) is it fine to be feeding him every 2-3 hours or should I feed him only 4-5 times a day?
