Hi everyone! I am new to YT. I just adopted a little 4 year old Yorkie. She is so sweet, and so cute. She has an excellent deposition and I believe she would make an excellent therapy dog - visiting Seniors. (when my grandfather was in a nursing home he would get so happy when the dogs would come to visit him) and I would love to be able to do the same for others.

Does anyone have an suggestions or tips regarding training before she goes for her test?

The only thing that may be difficult is she does not know how to "sit" and "stay".. how difficult will this be to teach her? do you recommend I put her in any training classes?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
