If these are adult teeth, then yes Bailey is going to have some pain. I'm sure the vet will send home pain meds. Make sure you give them on schedule so that you stay ahead of the discomfort. When one of my little rescues lost that many teeth at once, he had pain for at least a week and hand to be hand fed for several weeks before he could/would eat on his own. In spite of the immediate discomfort, it was still a good choice. Your Bailey will feel so much better in the long run without all those bad teeth.
