Yes, she will probably be in pain, and have to adjust to having fewer teeth. I would check with the vet about the Tramadol--they might want you to use a different pain killer, and there is a possibility that the Tramadol might have expired. It's never good to medicate a dog on your own. It's always best to check with the vet before medicating your dog.
