Water works very well for wetness....a little warm water is great! Of course, those poor people that have been drinking toxic water for the last two years, (in ?? Michigan, I think ??) may want to re think that for wetting, unless they have started buying bottled!!

My cousins dogs have done just fine on Cesars for many years, so I am sure she will continue to feed it. I do not judge a food by number of stars some company has stuck on it, all I can do is point out a cause/effect ratio to her....and I cant argue with success for her!!!. I am sure if any of her dogs start staggering and falling over with a glassy eyed stare, or if they die young from organ failure.....ooops! they are already past THAT category, all of them being over 14 years old......she will probably continue to feed it, and I have no argument for her! Her dogs love it, they are healthy, they have lived a long time with no issues....and I MUST say, for WHATEVER reason, her dogs do not have lousy teeth....hard to argue with those results! If they were not tolerating the food, like yours apparently do not, I am sure there would be a change made, but I can not argue with her success, so I dont. You are right....her dogs are very healthy and have no issues with their stomachs! As far as "nutritional benefits", usually, it has been MY experience, poor nutritional intake is manifested in many ways, and severe nutritional depletion does not manifest itself in healthy appearing dogs! They will go off food, they will get skin conditions, itching, hair falling, then it goes into organ failures, etc...... poor nutrition/food intolerance causes the very first signs of trouble you will observe in dogs, as it has done with yours. You certainly can not continue to feed your dogs food they are not able to tolerate....thank goodness, they displayed signs and symptoms of their problem and you were able to narrow it down to cause/action. That food may not be a "5 star" rating on "somebodys" list, but her dogs tolerate it, as do many, many others, and are healthy eating it! Cant argue with results/success! If anyone is feeding ANY dog food, that causes their dogs to puke bloody vomit or have bloody stools, probably a great idea to stop feeding it, regardless of where it is positioned on some dog food list! Look at your dog...poor nutrition is quickly manifested in the way the dog looks, as well as behavior...vomiting, apathy, poor coat growth, etc.... You did well to go back off the food as there was something in it your dogs were not tolerating!
