I got Scottie at 5 months and started him outdoor potty training right away. It's best to train right away (for everything, even basic commands).
And I'll also add that you can consider starting to brush her teeth. They're more susceptible to it the younger you start! I started brushing Scottie's teeth as soon as many people (strangers I met during dog walks) who told me their yorkies lost all their teeth by ages 2 (and up)!
