If you really want to nail this down, I would make an appt with a board certified veterinary internist and bring all your labs with you. They can interpret all of this for you and retest if necessary including an ultrasound of the kidneys. I wouldn't be concerned if this was my dog and I would do nothing except test her blood and urine routinely every 6-9mos. A BUN of 28 is practically normal. A USG can be all over the place. It can vary with diet, time of day, etc so your vet really needs to look at the whole picture. What is the creatinine?
