Great news you can have her. Praying once that ear infection is cleared up she will have some hearing if not all.
My boy is neutered and adopted, I saw a little green mark by his man parts, asked my vet what it was, she said a tattoo to show he was neutered. Back in the 80's & 90's my girls were spayed and had no markings, it is great that they do a lil tattoo so pup does not have to under go surgery for nothing.
