You can see by my avatar I have very large dogs and one Yorkie. I would say that a GSD and Chow mix is not the breed I would have selected to match with a Yorkie. The GSD as a breed usually has high prey drive and a Chow is not known for being dog friendly......

What-ever, what is done is done now and so you need to learn to deal with it. The Yorkie needs to learn to STOP being aggressive to the puppy = and that you need to teach by immediately correcting the behaviour and creating time outs etc. The Yorkie should always have a safe haven to go to.

And BTW mostly adult especially male dogs do not like puppys.

I certainly hope you plan on obedience training for both dogs but especially your large dog. Your large dog will need to know all the basic obedience commands and most especially STOP!
