I don't have one of her harnesses but they are really cute. The Velcro seems like it will be painful if the hair gets caught .For my buddy belt to prevent matting , Emma is cut low under her underarms and I let her shake out her hair after the bath. I do brush her hair once a week ( probably should do more ) but that helps prevent tangles wear her buddy belt sits . She has long hair as well.
