My daughter's puppy got into a cup of coffee when she was younger and she drank a little bit of it. She was hyper for 4 hours but no long term effects from it. I would not worry too much and just remember to put your cup in a safer place next time. We don't drink coffee at our house so it happened at a friends house. Our house we have tea and my puppy has managed to get a lick or two of my tea. I was not going to drink it but my husband didn't want to let it go to waste so he finished up the cup. LOL
