We have accepted that our five year old male, Casey, is not house broken. We adopted him last summer and he came to us as a leg lifter. We have pee pads and on occasion he'll use it to poo. Prior to Casey, we had a Yorkie that was pad and outdoor trained. Needless to say, we use belly bands for Casey. They are working out fine. We are careful to wash him with baby wipes when he gets changed. The problem is the odor. He smells like pee. I give him baths every two weeks. It's so cold in the winter, I know he hates bath time. Does anyone have a suggestion for reducing the pee smell? Any possible product? Thanks for any feedback you can give!!!!
