Wow- thanks for sharing this! Hubby has been talking about getting one and checking them out at Costco today. It's nice to have a suggested brand and assurance they work! The hinge is what interested him along with the various panini sandwich recipes. They seem much more user-friendly than the George Foreman grills which were such a pain for various reasons!
