Thumbs up Panini Press

Bf has been wanting one forever, but I kept saying no bc most are a few hundred dollars. Well we compromised and got a Cuisinart one from Costco that also turns into a griddle. It was $50 and works great. (Saw it at BBB for $90.) We've used it to reheat fast food (actually made it better!), toast bagels, reheat grilled meats (perfect for Asian bbq, we did thit nuong which is bbq Viet pork), quesadillas, and of course actually using it as a panini press. It also has a floating hinge for thicker sandwiches or thick burgers or steaks. Personally I wouldn't cook meat on it from raw, I don't think the temp could get up to what I really would like it, but for reheating, it's perfect.

Other than my slow cooker, this is probably one of my favorite appliances we've bought in recent memory that I really love!
