He said this would last a week and if she started scratching again and breaking out that I needed to do process of elimination with her food and that this dinovite would help with her issues of scratching and breaking out. I haven't ordered it because I don't want to start giving her something else that may either make her worse or do nothing at all. Do you have a vitamin supplement you would recommend?
Your pet is having an allergic reaction to something...possibly in her diet. Using a process of elimination is an option when searching for the allergen so I guess I do not understand the suggestion of adding so many new substances to her die through a multi ingredient supplement.

Some people get their pets tested by a specialist. If that is not an option for you then getting her on a good quality low ingredient food may help. Good quality omega 3 supplements are good for skin issues as well.

If possible try using an all natural shampoo and conditioner that is free of sulfate and other chemicals. Once the body has developed an allergic response it is important to remove as many irritants as possible.

I know some people who had success by switching to food with alternative meat sources like fish, duck, rabbit, etc. I'm sure the steroid injection gave her relief but since the steroid suppresses the immune response temporarily sometimes the allergic reaction will come back even worse when the steroid wears off if the offending substance has not been removed.

I wish you well on this search for relief for your little girl.
