 Lovely neighbor's escaping Yorkie!
Hello,
My neighbors, who just moved in, just got a 2 yo Yorkie and he keeps on getting out. Me and my other neighbor have (in total) caught him 2x in one week. I noticed that their young girl, about 6, opens the door and the dog runs out into the street. I am so worried that he is going to get hit. What advice would you recommend that I give them aside from "be careful." (They aren't very friendly.) Have you had a similar problem either yourself or otherwise?
