I would be AMAZED if a 10 week old puppy was 100% pad trained. All my now passed puppies were gotten at 8 weeks old, they were confined to a small area while I was at work. When I would come home the puppy was allowed in rooms where she could easily get to her paper (there was no such thing as pee pads in the late 90's lol). All my puppies were 100% paper (pad) trained at 5 months old that would be appox 20 weeks old. But hey, you may a a Ripley's Believe it or Not, ya never know. Please let us know if your baby is a "Ripley's Believe it or Not".
