I feed my adult Yorkies 3 times a day. Every dog is different in terms of what works best for them.
There is a poll in the polling section of this forum about how many times a day people feed their dogs and the answers are varied. Some dogs are not morning eaters and prefer only one big meal in the evening.
My boys are larger -- 9+ pounds -- and they eat 1/4 cup x 3 meals. If the online conversions are right, that is 85 grams at each meal. The food I feed is less concentrated than Royal Canin though. If I used RC, the boys would get less than that.
As Wylie's Mom indicated, go by your dog's appearance. If her weight looks good and if she seems hungry, you can add a little more. We give good behavior rewards throughout the day, so I know my dogs are getting more.
