Hi im new to YT. I've owned yorkies exclusively for the last 10 years. The symptoms you describe, to me sound just like upset stomach due to the high fat content in wet food and treats. Yorkies in my experience dont do well with treats because of their tiny livers cant handle fatty foods or treats so well. But you should in fact take a sample of their stool to your vet to rule out any others factors. Hope your babies feel better soon.
