How do you not have access to a 24 hr vet? Not in the city? I hope she holds out till morning if you can't get to one tonight. At three pounds, she doesn't have much reserves so to speak. And bloody mucus the size of a soft ball is alarming. I see you are offline, hopefully you're on the way to the vet.

Bright red blood means bleeding in the lower (large) intestine, and dark red blood mean bleeding higher up in the small intestine, with it having some time to dry. If it's dark, it could very well mean a tear in the stomach or intestine
