Genetics is a complicated subject. It's not a matter of being 1/8 Poodle. Instead, you have to look at genes, dominant and recessive, for instance.
I've read that the ideal Yorkie coat is one of the most difficult to achieve in breeding. Even the best breeding pairs with long lines of all champions do not guarantee the ideal coat or other characteristics. Even champions produce more 'pet quality' pups than champions.
Might take to age 1 or even 2 before you know exactly what kind of adult coat she will have.
