My Yorkie does this sometimes. Sometimes they drink or eat too fast try massaging her Throat/Trachea area gently, this helps and I also tell my Yorkie, Chloe just Relax in a very soft voice, it seems to work all the time.

Try to keep an eye on it and write down what date and time it happens. If it continuously happens consistently, I would bring her to the Vet with your written records.

Also does she have any food allergies. I've had Yorkies where the food even though it was a high quality natural dog food, did not agree with them, they would try and throw it up.

I use Wellness Complete Health Dry Dog Food for my Yorkie as well as Fruitables Treats and she has never had any problems.

I watched your video and my Yorkie, Chloe has also done this occasionally.
