Wait, you've giving more than 1 pill of Atopica a day?? If so, that's really unusual.

This is the way it's usually given: you "ramp up" the med for about 6 weeks - giving it every day for those 6 wks, then you start to cut back...ideally getting it down to 2-3x a week only. I've never heard of giving it more than once a day...? I give it to my Marcel on Tues and Thursdays, btw.

If you're giving it 1+ times a day and still seeing breakthrough then I view this regimen as not working for her. I'd probably be trying Apoquel instead and see what results you get there. Apoquel can be *extremely* tough to get, btw, due to shortages...
