This is not a question I ever remember being asked when I worked as a tech.....does the kibble size have any kind of effect on oral health? I'm wondering if anyone has an experience of a bad effect if the kibbles are not small? Winnie is currently on 4 health grain free which are small bites for small dogs. Our older dog is on taste of the wild roasted lamb and Winnie has been helping herself to it....she really likes it. And I have no problem buying one big bag and having it last a month as opposed to two smaller bags and buying them multiple times. I just am wondering if the larger kibbles for Winnie (5#) will have any kind of long term effect on her teeth or jaw?
