I feed mine from the fridge...thawed, but cold. I wouldn't recommend you micro them bc you'll kill some of the enzymes in the meat, which are beneficial. But that doesn't mean you can't micro them if you really want to.
I feed mostly duck Primal, but also chicken, beef, turkey/sardine.
