Are you saying that breeders should not interview prospective pet parents of their pups? Not ask them why they want a puppy and if they know anything about the breed? Not educate them at all?
I would never place a pup in a home assuming they went on the YHR website and read about yorkies.
Not trying to bash anyone here...but seriously, IF indeed this breeder did absolutely NO education don't you agree that is a tad bit off? I only know one side, but definitely can say it sounds off to me.
