Hi,
I just joined and wanted to say hi to everyone. I have loved Yorkies for years and had a precious lady several years ago but had to place her for several reasons and instantly regretted it. I couldn't get her back because my friend that she was placed with loved her so and couldn't part with her. So I waited a couple of years and adopted a three year old rescued male. He was so scared when I got him and he cowered every time I tried to pet him or hold him. Now he's much more calm and happy and such a good boy. I decided to get a puppy and purchased one from a local breeder(the only one in the area). She is just so precious. What a joy to watch them play together. I could just sit and watch them and laugh for hours. I would like to start a breeding program in a year or two. There is only one breeder in my area and I think that we need another to provide others with this wonderful, playful, and loving breed. |
