First, PLEASE STOP THE HITTING of this poor little one. Abuse/hitting/spanking will only make it worse, so that's probably already damaged her training, learning, and comprehension right there. Hitting does absolutely nothing except confuse and scare them - which hugely impacts their ability to learn.
