And actually, breed standard for yorkies is 4-7 lbs, and there actually isn't any such thing as a "Teacup" (as someone else already explained)... and even when breeding to get smaller sized results theres never a guarantee that each pup will follow form. Nature's just that way. so actually you DID get what you paid for. You paid for a Yorkie . There's no sub category for specifics, so as long as he isn't ACTUALLY a schnauzer, you didn't get scammed. They just threw word glitter at you with the teacup description. It happens more often than not unfortunately.
