I am glad all is well. Sorry I didn't see this sooner.

I have had pups that had enlarged livers that ended up being nothing much at all. What one really needs to worry about with the liver is a small liver....very telling of liver disease.

Of course it should be followed up on....in the future honestly, I would suggest something like that go to a board certified internist rather than running a zillion tests. They probably would have had a radiologist check that xray and found that it was not an issue at all.

I had one not so long ago that my vet scared the heck out of me...he showed the xray to his partners and they all said it was cancer. I went straight to the specialist that day......he did not have cancer and is fine now! I think there is a thread about it somewhere on this forum...I need to look for it. I love my vets but with things like this, I always head for the specialist.
