putting all the pieces together, it appears she may have gotten hold of my older dogs "Milk Bone Brushing Chews" there are small chew marks all over it and a piece may have come off and she may be having problems digesting it.
My daughter put the bone in her kennel sunday before church and when we got back is when she started acting odd.

Contact your breeder with the good news! Keep the breeder apraised of anything adverse that goes on with the pup....she will be interested in knowing what is going on with her baby! (She SHOULD be anyway!)
