When they have zero testicles, it's called cryptorchid. One testicle is Monorchid. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a contract. You're best bet is to have him neutered and either rehome him or keep his as a pet. Retained testicles become cancerous.

It's a shame that you've had to deal with the likes of her. A dear breeder/friend of mine is dealing with this and it's the first time to ever happen to her and she's got 3 pups that are monorchid from the same stud. He's never produced pups like this but they all come from him.

Anyway, you may just have to cut your losses on this little male and like I said, neuter him. Just because it is possible to produce pups with a monorchid doesn't mean that they should be bred. It's a hereditary defect and people will respond to you as you have this breeder.
