If you do want the ears to stand, I'd tape them asap...here is a thread about it:

Another thing, if she does not like the crate - I would not use it at all. Personally, I don't believe in forcing animals into crates if they hate it - like all 4 of mine do. You could use an x-pen or Iris pen instead.
She is adorable, btw!
