Lots of red flags on the website. I would want a much better health guarantee. There is no information on the parents of the pups. I get the feeling this might be a puppy broker and not the breeder, especially with more than one breed listed.
Cute puppies, but the first photo that indicates the dog will probably be 4 pounds full grown is likely wrong. Judging from the size of the pup in relationship to the hand holding the tail, I'm guessing adult size will be much larger (my boys are above the standard 7 pounds, and I know what they looked like as puppies).
