I don't think you have much to worry about. Teddy gets like this every time he's outside too. Not sure where you're located, but here in FL it's always super hot so after running around like a maniac he starts panting pretty quickly. I let him right into the kitchen after he's been outside because the tile helps to cool him down. I agree with everyone above too, try giving her a regular treat or nutri-cal before/after her outside adventures.
