The panting is definitely normal. The warmer it is outdoors, the more panting. Max and Teddy will often take some time to cool down when we return home from an outing.
She might be shaking out of excitement. Teddy has a little tremble excitement.
Instead of Nutrical, try offering Lily a regular treat. My boys always have a little something after an outing and vigorous exercise. We usually use a little yogurt, chicken, or kibble.
Try videotaping Lily doing this and send it to your vet.
