It's possibly 6 weeks before Paxton can come home with us. I'm not really sure which puppy he will be. When the time comes, I'll ask the breeder for his smallest male pup with the same adorable face as his father. Just as before, I'm sure we'll then set up an appointment to meet the parents and puppies in another city and bring our new boy home.
Having a new puppy has all come as quite a surprise. Even though I'm about to be a first time grandmother, twice, next year, I feel like a child inside waiting for his arrival. It could be as soon as 6 weeks yet at my age, I still haven't developed the patience I need to wait 6 weeks! Hopefully preparing for the holidays will make the time go by faster. We will start with that soon!
