The primary recall issues From diamond were specific to their plant on the eastern side of the United States, the west coast plant did not have the same level of issues. Taste of the wild is very popular out in my area. The kibble would be much too large for my little teeny. There are a lot of fish oil supplements available too if you were wanting to get more coat shine. I had a hard time settling on a food for my girl, many did not settle well with her. Royal canin worked well for us- not the Yorkshire terrier one but the mini adult kibble but we are currently on natural balance duck and potato small breed.
