Most vets like to do it around 6 mo. I would wait till then, she will be more developed and better able to handle going under. Also she should have lost all of her baby teeth by then and if she has retained any they can take them out at the same time and that way she only has to go under once. Also when you do take her in a lot of vets offer extra services that you should take advantage of at that time. I know that my vet will clean their teeth for 5 buck and trim their nails for free.
