Youch! Poor little dude :-( if you have no plans to breed him I would recommend getting him neutered after the infection has cleared. Keeping him in tact he has a higher risk for cancer or just flat getting into trouble running off looking for love. Since he appears to be an obsessive licker, like someone else mentioned, definately get him a collar or cone to keep him off his man parts!
